What I like about the Fusion Program–it’s similar to blending wine using the best qualities of different lots and putting them together. Initially I designed a barrel to add spice for Zinfandel and found that it worked great with Bordeaux, Rhone and Italian varieties and helped push the fruit as well. The Fusion barrel has become an intricate part of our program.
